Grant Wegner is a seasoned leader in both hospitality and operations, having worked for Regis as a Regional Vice President of Operations for 14 years, and Marriott International for 15 years in the US, Hong Kong and Shanghai, before joining The Watermark at Napa Valley in 2020.
Grant is dedicated to serving seniors and creating an exceptional community in Napa. He enjoys building relationships with the residents, families and team members, and collaborating to create a resident-centric community centered on choice, flexibility, and innovation.
A northern California native, Grant was born and raised in the Lodi, California area but has lived in San Rafael, Marin County for the last 20 years. Outside of work, Grant loves to spend time both outdoors and on the water. His passions include mountain biking, kitesurfing, skiing and boating. Grant has been married to his wife Stephanie for 31 years and has three sons Cole, Cade and Finn. They also have a Border Collie named Rocket.
